I have a juniper bonsai tree and some of its brown leave/spikes are turning a little brown. Should I be worried?

Your very young juniper, that is covered in decovative stuff to make it look fancier, and that is sold as bonsai by certain malls, must be kept outdoors.

If you get rid of the fake moss and glued pebbles and put it outdoors it can have a chance, but please learn the first basics on bonsai:
Junipers die indoors.

If you keep it indoors it will, no doubt about it

The only reason I kept it inside was because the market place I bought it from said that is was and indoor bonsai tree. I did my research on it after and I’ve been reading a lot that they are outdoor trees but at the same time I’ve read that you can have it indoors, it just requires a little more care. I’ve always had my bonsai right beside the window. I’ll put it outside as soon as I get home. I just really liked having it in my room. Made my room look nice. Thanks for your help!
