Good afternoon. I was offered a fitus ginseng this week and after 6 days its leafs are dropping and a bit yellow at the end, the new sproutlings are being born sick has well, Ive been keeping the soil moist and the plant near a window not facing the sun directly any tips? Pictures below

Not a bonsai, and the question about this type of houseplant is asked so often that I think people do not really want to reply to it anymore.
