Hi
I am living in Bangkok Thailand, Can a Japanese black pine grow in my country? I want to buy the Japanese black pine bonsai from Japan.
Note: As far as I known the Japanese white pine cannot grow in tropical country but I already have 2 white pines.

Yes, JBP grow happily in tropical countries.

Well, winters here can get as low as 5C.
I guess they need the cold for some months. Mine are doing well in Brazil.

Without a Cold refrigerated room to induce dormancy, it's impossible.
JWP need a long period of constant cold to thrive.
