Welcome.
Yes, it seems almost dead.
There are many reasons, one being lack of light. The soils doesn't look good either.
Don't treat it like a houseplant, remember it is a potted tree.
It's not considered a bonsai at this stage.

Posted 6 years 2 weeks ago #46252Note: If you are NOT in the tropics, and are in winter: Ficus Benjamina (Which this is) does not survive temperatures below 0c. Longer period of 10c and colder also lead to a dead plant. So moving outside: Only int he tropics, or in warm weather.Rag wrote: keep outside best wishes
I would take this plant from the current container and put it in a larger pot. A regular planting pot. Do not do anything to the roots. Just move it to a bigger pot, with regular good quality possing soil. Do not get the soil too wet. Just water sparingly, but never let the soil dry out completely. It should be loose moist fibres. Then place in a warm spot and wait.
