Hello, can you please help me identify my tree, I've bought it yesterday and I really want to provide proper care for it.

I can't make out what it is from this picture. It could be Sagiteria it could be a Ficus. It has been somewhere that has not provided enough light hence the long straggly branches. It needs to be placed where it gets as much light as possible and you need to learn how to water it. Have a look in the species guides above as you should be able to tell what species it is there

the leaves look like serissa but without the white border. Is it possible to be serissa without white border?

It's a very young sapling, and the wires are doing much more harm than good.
Please take those wires off your tree.
