Yes, you are absolutely right.
I always forget where I live. And here, all trees will be outside unless temperatures get lower than 10C (which is not so common anyway).
But...
I thought it was not possible to grow tropicals in the long run so far north. Even inside.
BTW, how is your BRT doing in the fall? ;)

Yeah it is possible. Just need to have some idea what you are doing. Part of that is taking advice and not judging people if you do not like what they say :)
My BRT is a bit of a problem. The cover I made it too small. Thinking about a trim and wire session ;)

I can bet you will regret for refusing advice from one of the most contributor. We learn a lot from these guys. You just crushed your reputation here dude. Believe me. No offence for this reply.

You should really see someone about that. Some built up frustration there.
Unbelievable.

Oh, and pease. Drop the name calling. You do not want to listen to me, fine. Your loss. But let's keep it civil, shall we?
Obviously you missed this one too? www.bonsaiempire.com/forum/general/11929-forum-etiquette

I've simply asked some questions in a forum, which is what forums are for. You threw bold statements directly at me, without explaining why you see it as true. Trying to cry wolf at this point is what cowards always do. The blame shifting tactic. It's obvious to me you're a forum troll here, just lurking around waiting for someone to attack for no reason at all.
There's no good excuses in life, simply none. Trying to sneak out the backdoor as you just did, prooved me right, so I'd focus more at what I show than what i say, if I were you, because people who see attack and defense as the same thing have no clue of the backdoor being wide open at any given time.
Referring to etiquette with little to no awareness of behavior is simply below any standard. Be an adult before ever telling me something again, because even an infant can point fingers. It's just way too easy.
Grow up.

When you join a forum it is always good to do a bit of a search to see whether the question you asked is already on there.
In this case, I explained to you that what you have is not a bonsai, and has nothing to do with growing bonsai. As such, bonsai substrate is not needed. If you do not understand the statement, you can ask an explanation.

Namecalling has absolutely no place here. I referred to the etiquette post because it EXPLAINS things. Amongst which that not everything is a bonsai. Your unwillingness to take a somewhat humble approach to getting input especially when new on a forum has gotton you on my I-do-not-care list. Welcome.

By the way. I find your behaviour rude an inappropriate, and I have reported this thread to the moderator of the forum. I know. Cowardly. But I do not put up with childish aggressive behaviour.
