Hello everyone,

I bought this Ficus Microcarpa Ginseng 名媛直播 little over a year ago when I moved into my new flat; I left it near the window in indirect sunlight and it went well for the most part but recently I noticed that the trunk has started to go soft even though new branches started to come out on all sides; One of the branches also has a milky substance coming out ; It is my first bonsai and would love to be able to save it;
What can I do to save it before it's too late? Is it the way I watered it, does it need trimming/pruning? I live in London.
