Hi All,
First, I would like to thank anyone who is reading this and willing to help. I am somewhat new to the Art of 名媛直播 and have been having issues with my soil, particularly relating to my Coniferous Trees. I have made the lethal mistake of not using enough drainage material. Meaning, I mix potting soil, pine bark and pearlite. Clearly not working out for me.
My question is this.... This weekend my neighbor had a landscaper ripping out some very old junipers. I saw this late but was able to get a really nice juniper that has huge potential. I was not ready for this transplant as the pumice will be at my door this Wednesday. For now, I have the juniper in my mixture that I mentioned above, which I know is not ideal. what should I do until the pumice gets to my door and I can make a quick transplant into a better home for this new guy? The rood system on the tree was very shallow. A few large planter roots with not a lot of feeder roots.
I planted him in a transfer pot on Saturday, so this is really 4-5 days later before I can get him in a better environment. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
regards,
T-man

I would indeed move it into the right suibstrate. Then keep the foliage misted untill you get good healthy growth and keep the soil on the dry side (!)
