They look ok to me; some yellowing is quite normal after some stress, like shipping.

Yeah i agree on the soil amd i know peoples idea of the mix varies from person to person but this is very heavy on organic matter seemed to drain ok though i filled a litre bottle and pured it through the soil it drains pretty well although seems to be holding it now if that makes sense? Im in uk when shouod i sort the soil out please?

Repot it in a good soil mix in the beginning of the Spring, if it looks healthy.
