It looks like Chlorosis, an iron deficiency.
Not common on Ficus, but it can happen. Most of the times, adding iron or micronutrients AND checking the soil and the fertilization NPK values can help with the problem.

Did you try to give some iron supplements? A plant can be oversaturated with the macronutritiens and same time lacking the micros, like iron, manganese, zink, etc... The PH of the soil also influences the solvability of those. If you have your PH too high, you can add as many micros, your plant cannot take and use them.

Read well! Measure your PH first for close out this reason, or to find the roots of your problem :) After micronuts or soil adaptation if that what’s needed...

That is one type of test kit on eBay, but just for PH, the strip or electric types are both ok. I’ve found out, sometimes tricky with strips on the soil, so....

On the repot thing, I hope someone coming here with Ficus experiences, cause I’m ok just with the chemistry/MB part of your case.

Where do you keep your plant? The soil looks cery wet. Often a report, without trimming the roots. Into a well draining substrate and pot with drainage hole can help.

I think the soil is too wet.
