Hello, I bought a bonsai maybe 1.5 years ago and lost the label that named the species, just wondeing if anyone knows?
Also the roots are coming out of the bottom of the plastic pot so I'm assuming it needs replanting too, any advice?

Actually any advice at all would be appreciated, like when/how to prune and when to shape the branches if they ever come, ive just been getting white flowers. Bought it thinking it was cool but I feel like I've just watered it and that's it
