Please help identify my little tree! I want to say it is Carmona (Fukien Tea), but not sure. Any help would be appreciated

Yes and yes. Do take the moss and pebbles off. Otherwise you will never be able to see whether the plant is dry or not.
Although these are tropicals, they do like fresh air. If the weather allows for it, do place them outside in summer. Carmona is a bit of an iffy species, and not easy to keep healthy, or so I hear. Good luck!
