Just let it grow.
Why is it in a bonsai pot??

Na, just plant it and care for it.
In 8-12 years you can expect the first flowers.
Wisteria loves water, so gives it lots to drink. Just ensure you do NOT keep it soaked over winter as they prefer to be on the dry side then.
To get it to grow large, plant it out in the garden.

Do you want to grow a bonsai or do you not want it to gow big? If you want to grow a bonsai: do not touch it and let it grow.

Depending on your goal at least a couple of years before you can start pruning. You need to grow a decent trunk first.
Contrary to what many people seem to think, bonsai are NOT created by keeping seedlings small.
