Hello everyone, do you guys know by any chance if a Acer Spicatum maple will be suitable to train as a bonsai. Thank you.

Never seen one. I just googled for it, and there are no images of one. Typicallly, this means there is something fundamentally wrong. Loooking at pictures of the species, I would say: The leaves are probably too large?

Yeah i looked on google to and didn't see anything. Also on the leaf size i think they probably can be reduced, but i was thinking to make the tree pretty big so I'm going give a try since i already purchased it. Sorry for the late reply.
