I have tried to find this Ginseng thing some call bonsai, and came up with a completely different species:

They sell those Ficus.. things.. also as bonsai.
If the OP want to play around with, it seems fine. Maybe that’ll trigger something to get more interested in real bonsai.
And I think I won, but wait for the pic :)
