So this tree is approximately 8 years old, it grew in a small pot so its stuck in the same size for a long time. I removed it from the pot, cleaned the roots but they are too big for my bonsai pot.
Can I cut them or should i find a bigger pot?

I can only hope this is a joke. If it is not.. Yeah, get a bigger pot. This is nowhere near going into a bonsai pot. And the way the roots look, you have a serious risk this will not survive this abuse.
Plant it in a pot, well-securedd. Place in early morning sun, and frequently spray the foliage. Then leave it alone for AT LEAST a full year to regain health.

Relax, everything is good, no tree is dying, I just had a concrete pot built-in my porch, it has narrow root space, that's why the roots looks like that and I have renovation in my porch so I had to uproot all the plants from the ground because I had no other way to extract them..
The tree only lost few roots, and I saw a bonsai potential so I took a quick pictures before I planted in the ground and left it for a month recovering..
The pictures are not from yesterday, I just wanted to show you the roots and ask you if I can cut the roots further to plant it in a smaller pot or should I give it a bigger pot to fully recover its roots, because I never cut roots before and I don't know what to do and what not ...
I assume bonsai growers know how to do it properly ..

I have a couple of trees and I have a bit of experience. I would not:
- Dig up a tree unprepared, not even knowing what I'm digging up
- Cut any roots
- Bare-root a juniper
- Leave it bare-rooted on the ground, even if it's only to take a quick photo
- Put it in a small bonsai pot
- Give a plant like this only one month to recover

- Cut any roots didn't cut any

- Leave it bare-rooted on the ground, even if it's only to take a quick photo not a big deal, it can be even longer.. i never killed a tree by doing this
- Put it in a small bonsai pot that's the intent, isn't it?
- Give a plant like this only one month to recover its still in process

thats probably because your OP made it seem as if you are trying to but it in a bonsai pot now. you never mentioned you were going to plant it in the ground and let it recover.

true. because I saw a potential so I wanted you to take a look and tell me what's possible to do with him..
so I guess its too risky to mess with its root because they are too big?

It is too risky to mess with the roots as it has been bare-rooted, repotted and there seem to be barely enough roots to properly sustain this tree.
BTW I was not telling you what to do, just telling what I would NOT do.
Put it in a small bonsai pot that's the intent, isn't it?
No. Well, it may be your intent, but I would certainly not do that at this moment.

grow up or stay away..
if you can't take direct advice, you should not be asking questions..
or listen to what seasoned bonsai enthousiasts have to share with you and learn something..
