You should think about removing the branch on the left. Also think about if you want to keep one or other of the remaining two. There are some strange dead looking bits, not sure what they are supposed to be but they are odd. You have put wire on but not moved any branches, and the foliage needs pruning. You need some help from someone who can look at the tree and advise you. Find a club nearby and join, you will find it very much better than me trying to say what to do

What can I say? Stop "doing stuff"?
As m5eaygeoff already said:
1-) Your wiring is doing nothing to the tree.
2-) Your jin are way toooooooo long, cut them down.
3-) Brown foliage in a Juniper can be a sign of imminent death.
Leave it outside, water it when soil feels dry to the touch, let it as much as possible in the sun, chop it down to the first significative branch WHEN HEALTHY (it means one or two years from now).
