I was recommended to use rape seed cakes to fertilize my bonsai trees. It seems that there are white "webs" or very small roots or even mold or something growing out of them. I would like to know if I need to be alarmed, and what I should do. If you would like any other picture please let me know. I am worried.

Rapeseed can really develop mould.
Perhaps too much humidity?
Maruta, the brand that commercialises it, says it is "normal". I don't think so much mould is normal, but... I never used this product.
I instead use BioGold inside teabags, with no issues whatsoever.

Why someone would put such a young plant, that needs growth, in such a small pot and next give it such an enormous amount of fertilizer apparently to make it grow, is beyond me, to be honest.

Certain techniques are for established bonsai. You do not use them on young plants.

Looking at the contents, that much nitrogen seems like a lot. Shouldn't it be more balanced?
