Hi I got this japanese white pine 2 years ago and need some ideas. I really don't know what I direction to go with it.

Lett it grow for a decade, then have another look. Use the time in between to study bonsai.

Poh, Not the best plant to start off with to be honest..
If it were mine, I would let it get strong, give it enough water, fertilizer and light. once it is healthy again I would probably remove all but the bottom right branch, and start with that to create a tree.

Thank you for your quick response. Luckily I didn't pay for it I got it for free. But I took it on to try and do something with it. I think you are right with the bottom branch as it's the only one which hasn't been hacked haha.
