Sun/light, tt is in the best possible spot I have. - outside, direct sun morning to afternoon.
Watering, what is wrong with my watering philosophy? - never gets dry, water once soil starts losing moisture, mist it almost daily.
Soil/pot, I'd love to re-pot it but isn't it too late in the season/plant too weak to do that?
I don't mean to sound ungrateful but simply saying it is in "very bad shape" over and over isn't helping. I can clearly see that and if I knew what to do about it I wouldn't be on the forum. The tree is still showing green under the bark every place that I tested so it is salvageable - I just need help.

Thought I'd share some pictures. Oh, and yes, that one picture is of my "bad shape" tree blooming. So, Clicio, you can kindly fuck off.

It's still in bad shape.
But I'm glad it didn't die and congrats for keeping it alive! ;-)

I understand people getting frustrated when they don't know what's happening with their trees.
What I don't get is, after getting as much help as I could provide, people still think this is a football match and I am the opponent, the enemy. No, I really don't want to see plants dying, and I'm really glad it is still alive.
Of course each and every time this happens, less I am willing to help.
