I live in Eastern Europe and bought my first 名媛直播 (Carmona) before transporting it to my apartment tree was full with leaves and looked healthy. But tree started to loose leaves and now there are only few left. I tried doing some crazy things like repotting it, fertilizing and letting sit on the window sill to get some sun (i have a bright apartment so tree did get some sun).
Also tree has some white salt at the trunk and as I have read its from the watter.
Please help me save my tree, and see the pictures how it looks. Thanks!

Don't move it around anymore.
Water as needed.
Don't fertilize.
Pray.

Posted 6 years 10 months ago #38196So tree is repotted with better soil, window is getting morning sun for about 2-3h, also I set up Grow-light during 6PM-6AM. Tree has only 2 big green leaves what indicates that tree is not dead(yet), i have a pretty warm apartment +20C, any more suggestions what can I do to make it show signs of life?

Posted 6 years 10 months ago #38226My tree is now sitting on the south window sill where direct sun is only from 10:00AM-01:00PM, I also changed light from 8AM-8PM (yes, also during day light).
For a month starting from now I will leave it there: no moving, no fertilising, etc., just water on the tray for humidity (I have noticed that water vaporises pretty quickly over day) and watering when soil is getting dry. I did a scratch test, and tree still has a greenish trunk, and 2 green leafs.

Posted 6 years 10 months ago #38229Stop the water. No leaves ... no water or it will rot the roots. Water is used in the photosynthesis process. If it survives, the next year pot it in the best draining soil you can. 100% akadama. You don't have wind indoors to help get rid of the excess water.

Why Akadama for an indoor plant?
