Its hard to tell, most probably underwatering and dry air if it is indoors. But I do not know about your care schedules, so I could play lottery as well

Well you was doing quite well there until the last sentence that wasn't necessary, but Hay Ho
I am beginning to understand you guys dont agree with trees being indoors... well let me just say, it was sold as a indoor tree, its in a south facing window that gets plenty of sun.. It did spend the summer in the green house but is back indoors now

Put it on place with good sunlight not behind curtains, to start. Be careful with watering and never soak the pot dunking it in water container.

Why you come here in the first place if you do not accept what others say?? Plants includin bonsai trees and other saplings with the label bonsai don't belong indoors. Yes they told you its an indoor tree, because otherwise you would not have bought it.

In matter of fact there is indeed such thing like indoor "bonsai". Dont delude yourself however, these are not real 名媛直播, they just imitate. There is no real 名媛直播 on this planet living indoors, if you ever find one, please show it immediately. Also, these ones will never get healthy as they will do outdoors. Such plants are poorly trained so you must first adopt the little branch with the outdoor conditions before leaving it outside permanently.

yes I think what you are saying makes sense... the pic of the tree when purchased has leaves closer together and nice shape to it whereas now they seem spaced further apart... sorry i dont know the correct terminology for that but I have read that is to do with the amount of light..
I am getting that it needs to be be outdoors and maybe greenhouse for the winter?
