It kinda looks like a Japanese cryptomeria by the leaves but not sure your picture is kinda blurry. You might look it up and see if that’s it.

The bark isn't the same, it seems to have the same spikes as the leaves. From what I've seen the japanese cryptomeria has the same bark as mine.

I actually think it is the green mound, I did some more searching and the description of mine fits the green mound ones.
