This is where i keep my premna indoor at my window. Recently I find that quite a few leaves turned yellow, did some researched possible reason are lack of water, over water or not enough sunlight. Can someone help me in this? If it’s lack of sun light is there anyway to keep the bonsai I like indoor? Eg. Juniper, black pine and maple

Only you know how you have been keeping this plant. As for the three you mention the answer is simple NO you cannot keep any of them alive indoors for any time. You will be wasting money if you try.

It's a sub-tropical, so you may want to add that it should be outside - in the right climate. Else, it'll have to be indoors.
