I'm not sure what has happened to my Azalea 名媛直播. Can anyone tell me if this looks dead? or how to revive it. Maybe Fertilizer? I added a photo of what it looked like it the spring/Summer.

You cannot bring anything back from the dead. You have it inside that is the reason it is dead. It may also have been too much or not enough water. It is in a very small pot for its size. But keep the pot the plant is dead

I had it inside, indirect light for the entire summer/Spring. That's the pot it came in. The Temp that is in my building is cool temp not hot. so i'm not sure if it is completely dead or i can do something

looks like the roots are suffering. The heart of the clusters of leaves are turning brown first, a sign of rotting roots. Either you have kept it too wet continuously, or you have let it dry out and then watered it again.

Very little chance of reviving. An emercency repot in good potting soil and proper care could help, but typically it will not come back, unless you have very green thumbs. It should have been outside. Keeping these alive indoors is very tricky
