Hello 名媛直播 Empire,

We got a beautiful bonsaitree as gift but after a few weeks it is losing lots of leaves.
To take the right action we need help identify the type.
Can you please help us with this?

It is not a type of bonsai, it is a type of houseplant. A Ficus, indeed.

You have a very nice ficus. When growing ficus houseplants I found they did best in a sunny window.
