Juniper in trouble!

I trained this juniper in the nursery pot for about 3 months to grow "up" and it thrived. After trimming, wiring, and root pruning I repotted it in late august. It did really well up until lately. The foliage is starting to turn brown and some are falling off. I have at least 20 other junipers that receive the same amount of light, fert, etc, and are doing well. I waited 3 weeks to fertilize after repotting and use bonsai pro 7-9-5 liquid fertilizer as directed about every two weeks. About a week ago when I first noticed it turning brown are used a chill laded liquid iron fertilizer as directed, but cut the solution and a half. It has only been a few days since then and I know sometimes that takes a while to take affect but I am nervous that I have done something wrong to this particular tree. It is definitely one of my favorite trees and I do not want to lose it! Should I go ahead and take the wire off now and maybe repot it in a different medium? Or should I just leave it alone and see what happens? I've only been doing this for about seven months and have taken the online courses provided here and I've had very good success with most of my trees. Please help!

The soil looks not goodl, and the plant is in serious need of styling but I never do that kind of work in summer. Re potting that is. Dpending on how you pruned the roots and how it was re potted, this is probably the main cause. Stop using the iron, no need. Fertiliser would be helpful, and I asume it is outside. The wire looks as if it has been done just for the sake of doing it and is not doing anything for the styling.

I repotted it
You did all this in one season? First thing to learn is patience. Take it slower. Try and do things not at the same time, but over a course of a couple of years.
Also, what kind of soil is that? Or did you just put pebbles on top of it? Don't do that.
