Did I over prune my Juniper?

It will not grow back at all.
The branches that are still there will continue to grow though.

And it will not grow back the branches you cut off. To me.. You pruned too much.

However, basically, it should NOT be pinched. Pruning is fine. Please do not give advise when you're a beginner yourself and apparently have not studied the techniques for junipers - and the difference between scale type and needle type junipers.
Also, it is not so that too much was pruned. There are still enough branches left. It was too soon to prune it though.

I didn't cut any branches, just new green growths, it was very bushy.
So should I just wait until it's filled up again? Or what's the best thing to do?
