After a month of watering and feeding the bonsai as per instructions the tree began to loose all it's leaves. 2 months have gone past using same procedures and no leaves have regrown, only small and then quickly fall off. Not been positioned in direct sunlight but getting enough natural light. Roots also rising from potted soil.

Need advice on how to revive this tree.
