This is my first bonsai. I ordered a ficus because I have very snowy winters where I live and I wanted it indoors. I think it looks alright, but I'm not experienced at all. What do you guys think?

Looks as if it almost dead. Send it back and get your money back.

It looks like it was wired by someone who is not experienced at all. But that's how we all started.

Auk is right. The wires are doing nothing to benefit the tree.
Ficus are very tough. I don't think it is dying yet, so water it when the soil feels dry, and keep it outside as much as possible.
