Hello, I noticed my Ginseng Ficus is having a faded white root colorings around two of the 5 roots that are in contact with the soil. I am attaching pictures of it.
Could you please advise whether that is a sign of a sickness and do I have to be worried about it?
Since I purchased the tree about 3-4 moths ago, I've moved it to a bigger pot, fertilized it (3 mouths ago) and have been watering it once per week. It is located in a room temperature between 18-25 degrees in an office building with mixed lighting.
I have been cleaning the pot from fallen leaves and occasionally dusting the existing green ones on top.
The only negative thing I can think of is that I've been moving it from the window to the desk quite a lot, for I'd like it to have more light when possible. I've read that can be stressful for the plant.
I am new to Ginseng growing and would accept any tips or criticism that you can share.
Thank you in advance.

I don't really see an issue?

Correct, it is and can cause the plant to drop its leaves. It will not lead to white spots though.

Your plant is not a bonsai.

Wether or not it's a bonsai you still need proper care, from the pics your soil seems to dry, water when soil on top looks peckish. Like auk said moving it to much will cause the leaves to fall and will stress the tree out so try to leave it in the same location.

Chemicals in tap water tends to make white marks on plants and pots
