Somewhat new to bonsai, or botany in general, and have a couple of q's. I live in Va, last year I purchased 3 juniper bonsai. It gets below freezing in winter so I thought it best to bring them in. I lost one of them and the other two have just recently begun to thrive again. I am thinking this is due to poor sunlight in my house. I now have 5 bonsai of varying type, and was thinking of a grow light for this winter. One of my trees has grown enough to produce some trimmings I think may be suitable for planting. I am curious about any suggestions on the grow light and if it's too late in season for planting, or possibly do the trimmings when I bring them in this winter under the light? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

bring your junipers outside. They will die inside.
