Trouble streaming videos

Trouble streaming videos was created by Normalman

I recently purchased the intermediate class online. But the videos stall in the middle. And one class I can't complete because it won't continue when I push the play button. Has anybody else run into this Problem? And how do you fix it? Also, is there not some portal that I can enter the classes by. Currently I'm having to go to the purchase portal. Not very sophisticated

I haven't. It's working fine for me.

And how do you fix it?


Try another browser / another computer / another internet connection. I don't know...

Also, is there not some portal that I can enter the classes by. Currently I'm having to go to the purchase portal. Not very sophisticated


After logging in, you can access the video via your welcome message, top right of the screen. Open it t see 'my courses'.
