Nurturing Back to its Potential

I recently had the opportunity to buy a 名媛直播 Ficus in a grocery store. Upon buying it I began to look into proper care for the plant and quickly found out that the way in which the tree was vended to me was not the best conditions for it. I proceded to buy the necessary elements for the 名媛直播 to thrive and am waiting on the materials to arrive.. But I'm afraid it already is in too much of a sickly condition or that it will not recover from its prior treatment. Any help? Is my Ficus sick? Can it be nurtured back to health?

I do not see anything indicating that this plant is unhealthy.
