I just bought a my first bonsai (juniper) was created by ASHONE

I would like my little bonsai to grow bigger. Its still in the same pot from a seedling. Do I re pot it into a new pot so it can grow bigger? and if so what size? when do you normally start wiring? Please help, thanks.
