I just recently purchased a Korean dwarf lilac and when I recently took a week's vacation, my family didn't keep it watered and I came back to a tree whose leaves were completely dry. I want to hold out hope that it will revive come the next season, but does anyone have any tips? Will it revive if I keep it watered? How much should I water it? I'm a newbie here with bonsai, so whatever pointers you have... please pass them along.
