Hello friends,
I have a tree here that I harvested from the wild here in northern Minnesota. Everything looked great and it had great new growth. It was doing well for a couple weeks but then it got really hot (around 90°F) and I knew I should have moved it back inside into my sun room but i didn't in time apparently. Now it looks like it might not make it and all the new growth is turning white and dying off.
What can I can do to help it?
I'll attach some photos.
Also, I am just a beginner and im not even 100% what kind of pine this is so that I can look up more detailed care instructions, did any info you could give would be very helpful.
Thanks for your time,
Kyle

Plant like this need to be outside. not indoors. 90F is not very hot for junipers.
Why it looks like this.. Unsure. Probably the roots have some issues. Water sparingly, ensuring to not let the roots dry out fuylly, but avoiding getting it dripping wet.. I think it is a goner.

It's not a pine tree, it's a juniper. Look up the tree species on this site for more info. Good luck.

As leatherback has said, it's not very hot for junipers.
We have summers of 105F here in Brazil and they (Junipers) can take it (if they are out of direct midday sun, better).
Put it outside, water it properly and hope for the best.
