I've got a N Acacia burkei monkey thorn that was just a straight up tree with one branch. I decided to make it a mini bonsai. This is the progress currently with the bonsai

At middle September it started to pickk up some speed

The tap root was pushing the tree completely scem so I wired the tree to the pot just that the tree can settle. I removed the wire a few days ago. The tap root was cut slightly shorter.

This is the smaller black monkey thorn I've got. I must still repot it in a mini pot. This one is already showing a nice pierneef bonsai style
