Looking for ideas on how to digitize recording my collection and development notes and pictures, etc.
Ease of use and digitization valued - even better if cloud storage vs install on one computer, but will do if it works well.

Huge fan of Google Drive. You could get their suit of office and record things that way. Google Photos is also great and seamlessly ties in with drive.

I could probably write something for it... wouldn't be free though.
