Here are some Rocks that I like to plant bonsai's on.
I just used pure cement to attache some wire to hold the roots down. Done this before, it works fine.
I drilled no holes, but will show later what I do to the water drains.

You got some nice rocks there, not much color though (rocks need color, or they're just rocks).
No, you have the most pretty trees, what are you going to put there. Surly your trees will add color.

Haven't decided yet what to plant will go set some new trees or group of trees on them, but wait for the finish for the colour and all over look, they still are full of cement sludge because it was raining just after I applied it.

yes, daily about an hour, sometimes 3-5 times a day, but it is coming to the end of the rain season.

I keep all my Junipers under the roof, but watering depend on the day (hot sun or rain) once to twice daily, it works out fine now I know. However one is in full sun and not roofed and it does really good, but it has a big concrete pot, 40cm depth and 35cm diameter. That is the way I described the bucket, on the other post, I had some of my plants before.
