i see a rroot over rock where the rock would represent the top of the head with a tree growing maybe as hair or just a tree...just my thoughts

When it comes to bonsai nothing will suit it. Make a pot for something though.

That is not the same thing. The rock is natural. What is the point of saying what a lovely pot it is (for bonsai) when it is not

really...it is his tree his pot his decision what gives you the right to say no...bonsai is an art it is tree in pot.it is an artistic impression it is taking something in your mind and
making it reality .the question was for ideas not for critisisms

I am entitled to my opinion, that is all I was doing. There is no poin as I said before in saying it suitable when I don't think it is. Might make an accent pot though.

With this pot, you are moving away from traditional bonsai, and thining around corners. A little risky at times because people scowl at you and your ideas. however, if your technical skills are up to par, and you create dramatic trees, you can get away with loads. Think of the work of Nick Lenz ( ) who has been using different objects in his compositions for years.
