My sister found this sad cotoneaster as a hardware store in a clearance bin so she gifted it too me about 8 months ago.
I wired it up trimmed it down and root pruned it just before spring and so far its looking really healthy.
I have no idea what style to do with it so i just wired the branches to add some curves and i hope in a few years it will tell me how it wants to look.
this week it went into bloom and its covered in a tonne of flowers.
I dont know much about this species so didnt even know it had flowers.
I have high hopes for it and my sister was surprised when she came over and saw it was still alive.
