No, before first frost. They are rare enough here that I do not risk frost.

I am thinking of buying some plastic bonsai pots, wire, and expanded clay pellets for bonsai. Do you guys have any recommendations? What would you buy? I am thinking to order from amazon.

I don't buy wires, I get scrapped alluminum wires and anneal them...
I have two plastic bonsai pots, just because it was on sale, it's for low budget trees, good trees deserve good pots...
Expanded clay pellets doesn't have much use for 名媛直播, maybe for training pots it can be used on top to keep humidity or insulate the roots...
So nothing that you actually need to buy, instead of wires if you can't get them for free...

I think it is important to understand that this is an international forum. I dont think it makes sense for me to advice on retailers I am using in Sweden. Not even Amazon links would help as Amazon.se dont have the same assortment as Amazon.de or .com.
I dont know if you have mentioned your location somewhere and I am not ready to browse the whole forum to find out. Please state it in your question and someone local to you might have answer to your question.
