As someone who experiences daily challenges, I wonder what yours are. I think that everyone has one. How do you overcome these challenges that life brings?

I’ve dealt with many challenges in life , but the most regular for me is dealing with depression . I’m lucky to have found the self awareness to be medication free these days - but it was a long journey .
How do I deal with it ? I realised that moods are just a tide . They ebb and flow but constantly change - so when I’m feeling low and I can’t seem to be happy , I remind myself that it will pass , and then just allow my mood to go where it will . When I’m having a bad day I just observe myself and don’t make any important decisions ,
Hope that’s not too deep for my second post - haha !

Being self-aware is really important. So is self-care. Doing things we love helps us overcome these challenges.
