Via FB marketplace i saw a guy selling his entire bonsai collection not too far from me. Went to take a look and saw this nice Malus which he already had for 25 years - he brought it a thumb thick from Japan- so lets say about 30 years old in total. Took it of his hands for 90 � , really pleased with it . I see some room for improvement : lower branches need to be thicker and longer, some branches higher up need to go and the general fine ramification needs to improve, but as i said: happy with it.Also bought a nice Rowan tree but i made another topic for it.
