I just got my first bonsai fukien tea.
It is in a ceramic pot and i want to make a terrarium for it as i live in a colder weather region and it will have to be indoors.
How do I know when the tree is needing to be transplanted to a larger pot? Or do I re plant it in the terrarium when i make that for it? Or just place the ceramic pot in the terrarium and do not transplant?
thanx for the advise in advance....

You are pretty much out on virgin ground here. I have been in the hobby for 5 years now and havent seen anyone make it successfully. But if You are experienced in terrarium cultivation you might pull it off.
The key in all terrarium cultivation is ventilation and air flow. Good luck!
