You may not believe it but yes, in China they sell Chinese bonsai. not cheap stuff like you see in our neighborhood but the real stuff. I might give you a warning, it can be different of our bonsaistandards, but who are we;Enjoy.

Actually, the art was developed in China and Japan imported the idea from there. They have changed it somewhat to produce the Japanese formalism we see today. Yes, it is different from Chinese.

Well, there are bonsai and bonsai.
The red composition doesn't attract me at all...

Last week we visit a Shaolin tempel and in the garden they kept bonsai. They have them for many years, if I got his explanation wright.

it's been a while since we arrived here. Going home for the holidays is n't possible due to Covid regulations, so I'm walking around looking for bonsai.
Most of them are large, very large but now and then you can see some nice trees
