Posted 5 years 1 month ago #54459I spent the last year getting it back to good health. Last year it suffered a little bit. I need to go in, clean up. But I am thinking about putting it up for sale again. Originally by Will Baddely, in a Baddely pot, this wont go cheap though.tubaboy wrote: I particularly like the semi-cascade.

You're young, good thing, but you're still not going to see your tree look like the example. Your grandchildren, maybe.
To compare: this one is 150 years old.

I can imagine that it won't go cheap. Any juniper that either has potential or is developed enough that you can really start styling is pretty pricey.
Do you have a price range in mind?

I know I picked another 100+ year old one, lol, buuut, I want to make that general shape out of my tree except at the size it is currently and then it will just keep growing and growing and generally look like that. I just wanted to share my plan. Thank you all!

I think once it starts growing out it will look somewhat like that. All my lifetime I will be growing it to this shape once it starts getting bigger.

If you want to create a bonsai, it is not a good idea to take a mallsai as example.
It's not a good idea either to prune a tree if you don't know why, how and when.
