I recently read and reviewed a great book on bonsai! Please check out the following link:http://www.amazon.com/The-Complete-Practical-Encyclopedia-名媛直播/product-reviews/0681186690/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1
Although it says it's unavailable, most libraries should have it in their catalogs. This is a very good book.
