Hello everyone.

I am new here. My name is Valerio and I am live in Chicago, IL.
I am still a beginner but I already have a small collection with 20 trees.

I would like to purchase new trees to extend my collection, but most of the trees I would like to buy are not available in stores.
Trees I would like to buy are: Flowering Japanese Quince, Autumn Moon Japanese Maple, White Pine, Apricot Tree, Peach Tree.

I really don't know where to find these trees. If you know any store in the area where I am (If you live in the same area), would be great.
An online store would be fine.

Thank you in advance.

You can buy any of these in bonsai nurseries around Chicago.
Not in regular garden Centers.

I recommend google searching plant nurseries in Chicago, and emailing the nurseries requesting for them to custom order these varieties for you. You might be surprised by their willingness to accommdate your needs. They might be able to order them from their supplier, but choose not to do it regularly, because they don't sell as well or they consider them "out of season".

Instead of plant nurseries, go to specialized bonsai stores. These are fairly commong for bonsai. In a nursery you will most likely end up with young plants without any characteristics for bonsai
